Apple Store (Apple/iOS)

Try the following steps if you are having issues with the Apple Store or downloading the app.

 

Wi-fi
Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection:
                1. First, ensure you have a strong internet connection. It’s best if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. If there is no access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile data connection. If a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is in place, please try to download the app again.

Ensure you are signed into your Apple ID account
                1. Open the App Store and tap the blue account icon
                2. Sign in with Apple ID

 

 
 
If a download appear stuck, pause the download and restart the device
restart
                1. Touch and hold the app from the app screen
                2. If the app is paused, select resume
                3. If the app is stuck, tap pause, then resume or cancel and restart the download
Try resarting your device
 

 

 


iPhone X, 11, 12
  1. Press and hold either volume button & the side button until the power off slider appears
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for the device to turn off
  3. To turn the device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo

 

Older iPhones
  1. Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off
  3. To turn the device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
