Grid Internship Program
The Grid Internship Program is designed for undergraduate and graduate college students. This program provides relevant and practical power industry work experience, including discipline-related assignments, training, and peer-collaboration opportunities. Summer College Internship
This paid program recruits seniors and graduate students from colleges and universities throughout the country who have a vested interest in the power industry and intend to return and work in El Paso or Las Cruces upon graduation.
Doña Ana Community College & Western Tech Lineworker Certification Internship Program
Train on the frontlines and gain safe, hands on experience with seasoned experts and line crews. This is a paid cooperative learning opportunity to fulfill the internship requirement for the Electrical Lineworker Certification Program.
