Power Outage affects more than 4,000 El Paso Customers near Cielo Vista Mall
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - UPDATE: Power was restored to customers at about 8:50 a.m. The cause of the outage is still under investigation.
ORIGINAL: A large power outage in East El Paso has affected more than 4,000 customers, according to the El Paso Electric power outage map.
The outage was first reported at about 8:20 a.m. on Friday, according to the map.
An El Paso Electric spokesman said crews are working to restore power, but a cause has not yet been identified.
