Apple Store (Apple/iOS)
Try the following steps if you are having issues with the Apple Store or downloading the app.
Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection:

- First, ensure you have a strong internet connection. It’s best if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. If there is no access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile data connection. If a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is in place, please try to download the app again.

Ensure you are signed into your Apple ID account

- Open the App Store and tap the blue account icon
- Sign in with Apple ID

If a download appear stuck, pause the download and restart the device

- Touch and hold the app from the app screen
- If the app is paused, select resume
- If the app is stuck, tap pause, then resume or cancel and restart the download

Try resarting your device
iPhone X, 11, 12
- Press and hold either volume button & the side button until the power off slider appears
- Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for the device to turn off
- To turn the device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo
Older iPhones
- Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears
- Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off
- To turn the device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
