Try the following steps if you are having issues with the Google Play Store. These steps apply to:
- Unable to download or install apps from the Google Play Store
- The Google Play Store app won’t open or load
- The Google Play Store app crashes after it opens
- Downloads and app updates get stuck and won’t finish
Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection:

- First, ensure you have a strong internet connection. It’s best if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. If there is no access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile data connection. If a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is in place, please try to download the app again.

Clear the cache & data of the Google Play Store:
This gives the app a fresh start and can help resolve app download issues.

- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps.
- Scroll down and tap Google Play Store Google Play.
- Tap Storage and then Clear Cache.
- Next, tap Clear data.
- Re-open the Play Store & try the download again.

Restart your device
If you still can’t download after clearing the cache & data of the Play Store, restart your device.

- If needed, press and hold the Power button until the device turns on again.
