Cynthia Henry oversees El Paso Electric’s (EPE) Legal, Regulatory and Government Affairs, and Supply Chain departments. Cynthia joined EPE in 2013 as the Director, FERC Compliance. Prior to joining EPE, Cynthia worked for Xcel Energy in Denver, Colorado, as the Manager, Federal Regulatory Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Laws from the University of London, and an Executive MBA from IE and Brown University.
Cynthia is a member of the Energy Bar Association. She is on the Board of several community organizations and is a member of the Leadership team of EPE’s PWR and Roots: Pan-African Heritage Council employee resource groups.
