Payments can be made using a credit or debit card, or by using your bank account 24/7, including holidays, through EPE's mobile-friendly self-service website (using Bill2Pay). Sign up for paperless billing to receive your bills electronically and streamline your payment process effortlessly.

 

Payments processed by Bill2Pay will include a variable service fee (see threshold fees below) and the fee for this service will appear on your credit card bill or bank statement. El Paso Electric does not receive any portion of the Bill2Pay service fee.

  • ATM/debit cards with a Pulse, Star, NYCE or ACCEL logo
  • Electronic checks

 

Payment Thresholds and Service Fees

  • If using a card to pay:
    • $1.95 per transaction up to $600
    • $3.90 per transaction from $600.01 to $1,200
    • $8.00 per transaction from $1,200.01 to $10,000
  • If paying by electronic check:
    • Free

 

Required Information

  • Must be registered on El Paso Electric's Manage My Account Log In
  • El Paso Electric account number
  • If using a card to pay: credit card or ATM/debit card number, expiration date and zip code of where the credit/debit card statement is mailed for payment
  • If paying by electronic check: checking account number and routing number
  • Payment amount

 

Payment Information

  • Payments are posted within minutes of completing the transaction.
  • If you have received a disconnection notice or are paying to have your service restored, please contact El Paso Electric Customer Service in Texas at (915) 543-5970 or in New Mexico at (575) 526-5555 with your confirmation number to advise us of your payment and/or to schedule a re-connection.
  • EPE will assess a returned check charge if an electronic check payment is returned.
  • Sign up for paperless billing to receive your bills electronically.
