El Paso Electric hosts first community meeting with IIF, in collaboration with the City of El Paso, on the pending sale of EPE to IIF
El Paso Electric alongside Infrastructure Investments Fund (IIF), an investment vehicle advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., in collaboration with the City of El Paso held the first of two community meetings for El Paso at the El Paso Community College Administrative Service Center in East El Paso. Both EPE and IIF made presentations on the details of the sale of EPE to IIF, the benefits that will ensue as a result of the sale, as well as a presentation from Sonnedix – a solar energy company currently owned by IIF. Community members were encouraged to write their questions on notecards so representatives from EPE, IIF and the City of El Paso could efficiently address as many as possible.
