One-Lane Road Closure: El Paso Electric To Conduct Work in South Central El Paso

EL PASO, Texas – El Paso Electric (EPE) will be conducting infrastructure work in south central El Paso requiring a one-lane road closure eastbound along Alameda Avenue between Fullan Street and Raynolds and South Val Verde Streets. Traffic control set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19. Infrastructure work is set to take one day with an anticipated completion time of 4:00 p.m. the same day.
Road Closure Information:
- A one-lane eastbound road closure along Alameda Avenue between Fullan Street and Raynolds and South Val Verde Streets.
Suggested Detour Information:
- Alameda Avenue, eastbound, will be reduced to one-lane from Fullan Street and Raynolds and South Val Verde Streets.
- Westbound traffic along Alameda Avenue will be unaffected.
Commuters are asked to respect construction barricades and be mindful of reduced speed limits.
